The best playing cards!
I was so excited to get these Fuggler playing cards! I bought these in the local The Entertainer shop this week for £4.00. I can’t see them on their website but they had plenty in stock. I can’t see a release date for these so I have no idea how long they have been available.
The cards are a traditional pack of cards, with 52 cards and 2 jokers. The difference is the cards are shaped like teeth and the King, Queen and Jack have pictures of Fugglers instead of the classic design.
I wasn’t sure how easy the tooth shape would be to hold for a proper game of cards, so I got 5 of us together to play Snap, Go Fish and Rummy. We are all different ages, and one person has issues gripping with the fingers one hand, but none of us experienced any problems using and dealing the cards. We had a great evening and all enjoyed using the Fuggler cards for all of the games we played. I am just upset I didn’t win any of the games we played! Next time.
They are really good quality with a nice thickness and a slight shine but not too much. They are a well thought out usable item, and they come in a gorgeous yellow tin so the cards won’t get lost or damaged.
For the price, these cards are a fabulous addition to any Fuggler fan’s collection, and great fun for all the family.
I also picked up the Fuggler game called ‘Dice Game’ so I will do a separate review of this.
